This parent-child art night at The Messy Moose Studio helps kids (and parents!) externalize big feelings by drawing them as monsters – then figuring out what those monsters need.
When kids develop language for their emotions and see their parents doing the same work, regulation becomes easier. Communication opens up. And you both feel less alone in the hard moments.
