Birthday Party Package

We provide:

• Space for 10 Kids (additional charge for extra kids)

• 90 minutes of private use of the entire studio and use of sensory bins, paint wall, chalk wall and makers table (depending on party selection)

• 1 staff member to help the party run smoothly

• Can come up to 15 minutes early to set up

• Simply show up—everything’s ready for the party! Setup and clean-up time included. (We do all the hard work for you!)

• An extra table for food and cake

• A gift for the birthday child! (A Messy Moose t-shirt – please let us know their size)

• Cost starting at $250 plus GST

You provide:

• All food (and plates!), drinks (and cups!), cake, decorations, cutlery & napkins, candles, lighter, table cloth.

• Adult supervision

Please note:

• For Friday night bookings, we can be flexible with start times of 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm. Please make a note in the comments.
• Extra 30 minutes of party time is not available for 10 am Sunday slots
• Please note, that there is no freezer or fridge space available, unfortunately. 
• *Tea party bookings require at minimum 7 days notice*
• *Adopt-a-Pet Parties – additional children will require an additional charge for pets & supplies of $21/ per extra child – At this time, while we are working on fixing our website please email us and we will send an invoice* We will require notice*

• Kindly note your booking time. To ensure fairness to staff to have enough clean-up and prep time for all parties booked, a $50 fee will be charged for any additional studio use beyond the time booked. Thank you for your understanding!

• Cancellation policy:

  Refunds are available with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
